We focus exclusively on Jaguar vehicles, offering expert diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for all models, from 1988 to the current models. Our technicians bring decades of specialized experience working with Jaguar engineering and systems.
  • How do I schedule an appointment for service?

You can schedule an appointment by calling us at 904‑641‑0998, sending an email to sachsautomotive@gmail.com, or submitting the contact form on our website. We suggest booking in advance, as our Jaguar‑specific service appointments tend to fill up quickly.
  • Do you offer genuine Jaguar parts?

Yes. We offer genuine Jaguar Parts, OEM Parts, and aftermarket parts. Genuine Jaguar Parts: Genuine Jaguar parts are those furnished by Jaguar through their dealer body. Due to the various pricing policies in use by Jaguar dealers, Sachs Automotive The Jaguar Experts is usually able to sell you genuine Jaguar parts at prices below those offered by dealer parts departments. So, just because a part you need is only available from Jaguar, don't believe that you have to buy that part from the dealer. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Parts: OEM parts are those parts that are sold by Jaguar but manufactured by another company as a subcontractor for Jaguar. OEM stands for "Original Equipment Manufacturer" and means that an OEM part is one made for the automaker but which is also available directly from a distributor of that part manufacturer. In almost every case, an OEM part will be identical to the same part purchased in the dealer's parts department in Jaguar packaging, but supplied to us in a generic package. Aftermarket Parts: Aftermarket parts are parts made by other companies for use on Jaguar vehicles. There is a lot of variance in the quality of aftermarket automotive parts, so we are very careful about the quality of aftermarket parts that we install on your car. In many cases, aftermarket parts will be just as high a quality as genuine Jaguar or OEM parts, but usually at a far lower price, which allows us to repair your car more reasonably. What does this mean for you? It means that we have the option to select the best part for the best price to repair your Jaguar car, which is something that dealers are not allowed to do.
  • How long will you need my Jaguar to do the repairs?

The time required to complete repairs depends on the nature of the issue and the work involved. After diagnosing your Jaguar, we can provide you with an estimated repair time and keep you informed throughout the process. Our experienced technicians work efficiently to complete repairs properly while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • What makes your customer service different?

Our customer service stands out because of our extensive knowledge base of the Jaguar car line and state-of-the-art equipment; we can diagnose your car faster and more accurately, saving you both time and money.
  • How often should I change the oil in my Jaguar?

We recommend changing your engine oil **every 12 months or every 5,000 miles, whichever comes first.**

You may have heard that you can wait until the annual service or until the service light or warning appears. In some vehicles, these service intervals can extend to 12,000 miles or more.

While longer intervals may sound convenient, based on our experience servicing Jaguars, we do not recommend waiting that long between oil changes.  There is no magic engine oil that stays clean indefinitely.

Whether conventional or synthetic, engine oil becomes contaminated over time with combustion byproducts, moisture, dirt, and other contaminants. As those contaminants accumulate, the oil becomes less effective at protecting critical engine components.

We have seen an increase in engine problems and failures since extended oil-change intervals became more common.

An oil change is relatively inexpensive maintenance compared with repairing or replacing an engine, which is why we believe a 5,000-mile maximum interval is a smart approach to protecting your Jaguar.

If you drive **less than 5,000 miles per year**, changing your oil once a year is generally sufficient. Even with low annual mileage, however, you should regularly check your fluid levels and tire pressures.

If you drive **more than 5,000 miles per year**, we recommend changing the oil every 5,000 miles.  An easy way to remember your next oil change Use the **0 or 5 rule**. If you change your oil at 60,000 miles, change it again at 65,000 miles, then 70,000 miles, 75,000 miles, and so on.

That way, you never have to remember exactly when your last oil change was. Just look at the odometer. If it ends in a 0 or 5, it is time to think about your next oil change.
